By accessing or using Savely ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Savely is a family finance management application that allows users to track expenses, manage budgets, set savings goals, and share financial data with family members. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or availability.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload malicious content or software
Impersonate others or provide false information
Interfere with the Service's operation
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Share your account with unauthorized users

5. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using Savely, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you submit.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Savely offers subscription plans with different features. By subscribing:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Refunds are provided at our discretion
We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Savely and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVELY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Disclaimer

Savely is a financial tracking tool, NOT a financial advisor. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such matters. We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on information in the app.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Savely operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
